This book is the french deluxe hardcover version of the book Pinball, an illustrated history by Michael Colmer.
I'm not sure if this book was ever available for sale to the public. I bought this copy from a retired pinball repairman, who got it at a tradeshow in Paris.
The book mentions that it's a limited edition of 500 copies, destined for operators.
The content looks identical to the english version. At the very end a few pages about pinball in France are added. They talk about the importance of pinball in France: how many machines are imported of each new model (Gottlieb: 4000, Williams 2500, for other brands no numbers are mentioned, only that Bally started an increase with popular models like Wizard and Captain Fantastic), the number of operators in France (around 3000, the smallest only have a dozen of machines, the largest over 2000!).
Although it's a hardcover version, similar to the english softcover version, the book binding is fragile. Open the pages too much and the become loose :(
