Coin-Operated Amusement: an historical and technological survey by Herb Jones

I have no idea if this book was ever sold or it was just a present to operators and distributors by Bally.
I got my copy when I bought a lot of manuals from an operator.
This book was published in the early seventies (1972 ?) by Bally themselves.
Interesting to know is that the Coin-Operated Pinball Machines book, is also part of this book. It seems Bally published the part about pinball machines later as a separate book. But this one talks about much more than pinball machines alone: it also goes into detail about slot machines and electro-mechanical arcade games.
For each of these type of machines it talks about the history, evolution, and even a bit of the future. I found it very intesting to read about the different types of slot machines (Fey, Mills, ..). Of course the focus is on what Bally did, but still it's a nice reference book, documenting a part of arcade history.
