ATEI 2005
The ATEI show was held at Earls Court in London, 25 to 27 January 2005. It's the biggest coin-op related show in Europe. All kinds of amusement machines are shown.
Stern Pinball was there with 2 Elvis machines and 2 of their latest The Sopranos pinball machines. The Sopranos were there as a preview, as the software was not finished at all, and even some of the hardware may still change. But no company can afford to miss the launch of a new product at ATEI, so Gary Stern was there to present the games to everyone interested. A lot of people were interested and played the games, they were busy all day, not only being played by pinball-fans but also by 'regular' visitors of the show.. so that's a good sign, a lot of people are still interested in pinball.

About every kind of coin operated game can be found at the show. But as we're not interested in gambling machines, this eliminated half of the booths. In our review we'll center on the other games we are interested in, such as arcade games.
