Barcadia in Seclin / Lille (France)

Barcadia is, like the name implies, both a bar and an arcade. It also serves as showroom of French Stern distributor MaxiPinball. They're in the north of France, very close to the city of Lille.

There are around 25 pinball machines available to play. The exact number changes sometimes. Next to those, there are also pool tables, foosball, darts and a few other arcades. They serve bar food and drinks, there's a big screen to watch sports, ..

The pinball machines are in good condition and maintained. A few were turned off when I visited, but with the amount of available machines this wasn't an issue. Games are set to 3 balls for 1euro. I liked this, you can play many machines that way. All games (when possible) are connected online.

The entrance seems small, but the building goes very deep. Barcadia is located in an industrial zone, next to a Harley Davidson dealer. They're open in the weekends.

On the right side there's a long row of pinball machines, and the Stern leaderboard screens.

They don't only have Stern machines, some Spooky and JJP machines are also part of the line-up.

When I visited it was the John Wick pinball launch party. Both the Pro and Premium model were available.
